Laonie joined the Go2Mortgages team in January 2024 as a General Insurance Advisor and Administrative support to Dawn, having previously worked as an Office Manager for a local Cyber Security company. Prior to this, originally based in Oxfordshire, Laonie worked for a local Estate Agents and originally started as a Property Supervisor before working her way up to a Senior Property Manager within 3 years. She managed a large portfolio of properties throughout the Cotswolds area and looked after several tenants and landlords. Her knowledge and skills learnt within the property industry are extremely transferable to Home Insurance and she will be able to offer valuable advice to new and existing clients.

Outside of work Laonie is a mum to her two young boys – Harry and Rafferty, (or three if you include their Sausage dog Woody, the original baby!) As a family, Laonie and her fiancé Ben enjoy outdoor walks and spending time with friends and family in and around Cheltenham.

Laonie is good friends with Amy and Liam from the Go2Mortgages team and their 4 kids love to have playdates together weekly! Any spare time Laonie has away from the boys she enjoys running and hopes to complete some charity fundraising running events this year.
